The General Tax Authority has announced the closure of its outlets in the government service centers, and to facilitate the completion of taxpayers’ transactions easily and smoothly; taxpayers can submit a no-objection request to transfer ownership, through Dhareeba portal. 

This service is dedicated to changing the shares of partners in a (specific) company by selling all or part of the shares to one of the partners registered within the commercial registration, or to new partners.
 
This service is an important connection between the General Tax Authority and its partners from the relevant government agencies and taxpayers, as this service allows taxpayers to calculate and process the various types of tax and it assists them in managing their tax transactions, in accordance with the Qatari tax laws.
 
Dhareeba portal aims to provide the best tax services and have these services available in an effective and accessible way. It helps, taxpayers to electronically manage their transactions, which will contribute to achieve better results in general for the country.

Taxpayer can access "Dhareeba" online portal and complete the NOC request and submit two types of NOC requests - change of ownership and tax clearance. In addition, taxpayers can follow up on their queries through the single window at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
