The Human Resources Department of the General Tax Authority organized a distinguished workshop titled “Innovation in Services,” aimed at developing employee skills and motivating them to think innovatively and propose creative solutions.

The workshop was led by Mr. Basem Jaffal, a researcher and a speaker in the field of innovation and design thinking. He illustrated several practical methods to enhance creative thinking among employees. Additionally, he highlighted the importance of innovation in institutional work and achieving strategic objectives.
