On the sidelines of the second edition of the Qatar Economic Forum 2022, which is being held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the country, His Excellency Mr. Ahmed bin Issa Al Mohannadi, Chairman of the General Tax Authority, and His Excellency Mr. Jonathan Litwack, MP, Member of the Policy and Resources Committee of the Government of Guernsey, signed a protocol amending the agreement on the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income. The signing of the protocol amending the agreement was witnessed by His Excellency Mr. Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari, Minister of Finance.
