The General Tax Authority participates in the GCC Tax Managers
His Excellency Mr. Ahmed bin Isa Al Muhannadi, Chairman of the General Tax Authority, headed the Qatari delegation who participated in the fifth meeting of the Committee of Heads and Directors of Tax Departments in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, which was held in the Sultanate of Oman on March 24, 2019.
The meeting discussed many issues related to taxes applied in the Gulf countries and ways to develop them. They also discussed ways to facilitate procedures for managing taxpayers, in addition to strengthening tax services provided electronically. They also discussed other topics listed on the meeting schedule and agenda.
