The General Tax Authority Signs a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Ministry of Interior
 and the Economic and Cyber Crimes Combating Department (ECCCD) at the Qatar Ministry of Interior&image=/assets/images/gta and internal affairs.jpg)
The General Tax Authority (GTA) and the Economic and Cyber Crimes Combating Department (ECCCD) at the Qatar Ministry of Interior signed a memorandum of cooperation (MOC) on information sharing to combat money laundering and terrorism financing. The MOC was signed by Mr. Ghanim bin Khalifa Al-Attiyah, GTA's Assistant President for Tax Affairs, and Col Ali Hassan Al-Kubaisi, director of Economic and Cyber Crimes Combating Department. The MOC aims to increase cooperation and coordination between the two parties regarding combating money laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion and financial crimes in general.
